Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. However, as spaces are limited and the venue is booked in advance, the following cancellation policy applies: – Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop: You will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer your booking to a future workshop (subject to availability). – Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the workshop: You will receive a 50% refund or a credit toward a future workshop. – Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the workshop, or no-shows: Unfortunately, no refund can be offered, as your spot has been reserved and materials prepared. – If the workshop is cancelled by the organizer: You will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule.
